Hello there. My name is Bart and I just purchased a 48 ford superdeluxe 2 dr sedan. Hopefully I can meet some people on here that can help or at least point me in the right direction for parts. It is a complete car(flathead 8, 3 on the tree) but I really don't have the money to do a "restore" on it so I like to pick up other people's take off stuff. So far I have found out that I need a right rear tail lamp housing, rear stone deflector, and the stainless trim that most guys delete off their cars. Could use some grille stainless also but haven't decided on which way I'm going with that. I love what you guys do with your cars so nothing is out of the question on here. I am a ford guy so it will stay ford powered regardless of whether or not the flatty stays or not. This is not my first project but I have a habit of moving from one thing to the other. I have (2) 66 fairlane hardtops, (2) 64 falcon sprints and a 63 falcon hardtop. All in different stages of assembly. Well, there you have it. Thought I would say "hi" and hopefully I will be welcomed on this board.

Thanks guys. Sawzall, I picked up a GTO convertible a couple years ago in Phoenixville. Doubtful I will have it roadworthy by that point. If I can round up some of the parts, I would be good to go. I need a clock also. The one in it is all rusty and the lense is cracked severely. Once again, thanks for the warm welcomes.
