I truly feel sorry for your loss. A few years ago I lost a close family friend to lung cancer. This man was one of the people who did everything he could to get me into this hobby and I miss him dearly. Stick around and let us know how the project is going. Kathy, there aren't any words we can say to tell you how badly we feel for your loss. You sound like a very strong person and please keep us posted on how you are and if we can offer any help with yours and his project. Life is very tough and unfair sometimes, but just keep remembering the good times and great memories you have of being together. You will be in our prayers..........may he rest in peace. Don
Kathy, I'm so sorry for your loss. 13 years ago I lost my wife to cancer (she was 41) and it was the things we shared that got me through the hard times there after and also the brotherhood that comes with hot rodders. Don't be a stranger to these pages.
Kathy, Im no mechanic at all but I am a pretty good parts finder. I live over by Sam's club off Hwy 96. When you get to sourcing things for the truck private message me and I will help where ever I can. I had probably seen your husband at the Avenue cruise in or local shows but didnt know it. You have my thoughts at this time..
Truly sorry Kathy for your loss and I pray you find peace and joy in Chubby's dreams and memories. rg

RIP JIM, I am very sorry for your loss. I admire your strong will to carry on your husband's work. May God bless you
I'm very sorry to hear this... It's bad enough to lose someone, but to lose them on a day that is celebrated every year is aweful... The painful emotions are rekindled every year as you will never be able to forget how you felt that day.... I feel your pain, I lost my grandfather on Christmas, and my Great Grandfather on the 4th of July as well...
Kathy, sorry for your loss, God bless you and your family. Be assured that Chubby has already hooked up work other HAMB'ers in heaven and working on hot rods
It is a sad day, you are in my prayers. I'll miss 48 Chubby his posts were always informative and welcome.
I am so sorry to hear that. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Praying that He will lift you up in His love and mercy.
