Here's my 52
I own a 51 Gmc , can any one tell me if there are disc brake rotors that will fit the stock king pins . I would like to keep as much of the orig. equip if possible. I have a 78 Camaro frt. clip and a 91 S-10 as donors if need be, but I am wanting to avoid these mods if I can. any info is appreciated, thnx.

Hey man - sick truck! Can you tell me some more about the mods? Dig the paintjob too!
I bought the truck like that but I do believe they are early doors.
Hi, i'm new on this forum. Much nice trucks here. Good side for collecting ideas for my own truck, i'm building up in process. regards
Don't plan on letting anyone sneek up behind you do you????
Welcome to the HAMB Rustoutchevy, nice pickup. You might want to post an introduction before the web police get you.
Here is mine I just picked up in GA. Motor needs rebuild. I am planning on dropping 3-4" and installing T5
Here are some pics. First how i bought it, was in parts. Second near to complete. Third shows after lowering the front by using 4" dropped chevy axle.
how to pst pics here? i tried with flickr, doesn't work!?
Unless I'm mistaken, that is a one-piece window kit.
There's one around town here all cut to shit and a 426 shoved in it.
Define "cut to shit". Like, the inner fenders were clearanced for the engine? Or like it's just a cab on a tube frame pretending to be a '32 Ford?
Discrimination!!...........the body style started in 1947 and continued until early 1955.

My "48" chevy
Here's mine: I've taken the grill apart and will go with chrome bars and repaint the rest and will change to 16" rims/tires. I have the vent windows and door glass in though. My take on an early 50's mild custom (lots of subtle changes). This was just after I finished it in 2006 (has it been that long).
That's sweet...subtle change is the way to go, keeps that OG look with your own personal touch.
Nice ride ...... I'd be leaving the white grille ..... it set off against the baby blue real well.
man that is a nice truck - I wouldn't change a thing! Can you tell me about suspension mods? Drop Axle?
