greetings all!! just joined up as my automotive journey takes a step two decades back to 1947. My buddy has been storing this ride since 1965. pulled it out a few weeks ago, considered getting it road worthy but would prefer a 46 Chevy. I would like to find the value and the proper area to discuss its possible trade or sale. Thanks in advance for your help.

It's a flat head V8 and it has every nut and bolt and piece of hardware including the removable jumpseat. Four matching rims with the pinstripes.

  8. Try surf city

I bought 47 wagon and we call it a woody
    Surf City, here we come
You know, it's not very cherry, it's an oldie but a goody
    Surf City, here we come
Well, it ain't got a backseat or a rear window But it still gets me where I wanna go

    That's pretty neat wagon.
I haven't got a clue but someone will help you out.

some of this just needs a little Pledge, one or two pieces of wood have damage that may be repaired or replaced.

Thanks masterG, he would like a pick up. I thought maybe classifieds a little premature cause I don't know the value or if this board is the audience for a WoodyWagon. what do you think?

  16. I've had a few woodies..that one is a great example of an original complete car.
If I was selling it, even in todays market I would ask no less than $25K, and if I didn't need to sell it, or wasn't in a hurry to sell, I'd go closer to $30K.
Great car, hard to find in that condition.
