Hot Rods 46-48 ford with exhaust through front fenders

I have been searching through all my files trying to locate some photos of a 46-48 ford coupe that had the exhaust cutouts through the fenders. I believe it was a yellow, short door coupe that was hemi powered. Also I believe the valve covers were modified by the builder with spoons to allow more valve lift. Can someone please post some pics of this car. I think it was featured in a magazine at one time as well. I searched through all my HAMB files and unfortunately I have nothing left prior to 2014. Any help is appreciated.

It was featured in American Rodder at one time. Sorry don't remember which issue.
