46-48 ford truck spindle bearing guestion

I"ve got these square back spindles and also 40"s car hubs&drums.The outer bearing seems to fit the spindle but the spindle shaft inboard is too large for the other bearing.The bearings came with the hub/drum pkg & are right I wonder if I need car spindles or are bearings avail to make this fit happen?Could"nt find thru searching,Thanx.
