I have a olds 455 forged steel crankshaft 4.250 stroke that is in terrific shape and condition. The ser..# 400943 indicating forged steel. Plus the notch on the flywheel flange also indicating steel. this crank has been cut .020 on the rods and .020 on the mains. Photos will show that. The crank has been mag'd and checked out OK. I have the receipt for that. standard rod size is 2.500 minus .020= 2.480 standard main size is 3.000 minus .020= 2.980 This is a must crank for building a big hp. mtr. not the nodular cast crank.
