Technical 42-47 ford PU-Disc brake kit with sids drop axle/steering arms?

    On a 42-47 Ford pickup, has anybody used the disc brake conversion with sids 3” drop axle and dropped steering arms?
    The kit states doesn’t work with forged aftermarket arms, but doesnt say anything about dropped factory arms.

    I think you are referring to the Speedway kit, and yes, the bracket mounts on the back of the spindle, so the aftermarket arms cannot attach there too.
     
  6. Cars work with stock dropped arms, why wouldn’t a truck.
