The front fenders and grille installed. As you can see, the airride is still holding air.
So exciting to see this one coming to fruition Eric.
I don't post much anymore, but been following from the beginning. Looks absolutely amazing!
It's certainly moving along at a good pace now and thank you for your continued support BIGREDTODD!
Mounted the dashboard, installed the clocks and hooked up the wiring in them. I just need Willem to finish the complete electrical system installation, so we can see the clocks light up.
With everything that has been happening are you still flying commercial planes for any airline?
Yep.....still a capt 737 at KLM....off to work for six days tomorrow unfortunately. (if only I could earn the same amount of money with building cars.... )
Checked out your thread...Wowzwers ....great build.....go man go....
Real nice steering wheel, banjo's are the bomb. Good size to still have your eyes on the road....even with the rear hanging and scraping the the dutch asphalt.

Thank you sir!
Thanks! It still needs to be painted but then it will look even better.
The doors have been painted. I will pick them up this week and install them. Only the deck lid and some smaller parts to go and then everything will be shiny black.
There is good progress on the electrical system. I started mounting the headlight buckets and trim. Things are moving along!
Great progress on this awesome build. If I had the money I would buy this car from you in a heartbeat! Keep up the great work!!
Still following along, great progress. The paint is outstanding. The overall theme is spot on.
I had a '40 plymouth business coupe years ago, your project certainly makes me regret selling it.
Thank you Moparts. Who knows....it may just appear on the US market next year.
Thanks for the comments charleyw. Buy it back! It's worth a shot.
Agree with Moparts! You keep amazing me with the dedication and workmanship farmer12. I'm going to start saving!! (if you do decide to sell it that is)
Looking great, Eric! Are you going to install all the SS grill pieces?
Thank you for the compliments Car!
Thanks Rock! I'll only be using the "heart shape" trim and the two long vertical pieces in the centre. None of the small horizontal trim will be used.
YES! The first electrical things are coming alive! Spending quite some time on the wiring harness all becomes worth while now.
And the Hemi God said...... Let There Be Lights.
So true loudbang! Nearly finished on the wiring of the dashboard and the plan is to start the Hemi before christmas! Best gift ever!
Great progress Eric!
I didnt even remember how bad that back section of the top was, awesome job with that one too!
Thanks Antti! It was bad to say the least....
And we have dashboard lights!!!
Looking great, Eric!! Can't wait to hear that 392 run again!
Looks like you will drive it next season, where and when can we see it in real ?
Will be a winner for sure
