41' long giant studebaker

    Was wondering if any one had any more pics, or info on this giant Studebaker.

    I read a magazine article about it years ago and just stumbled upon this pic.

    Thanks for the info. I've always wondered what happened to it, or why it was built.
    Kinda sad that they burned it.
     
  7. The World's Largest Studebaker Engine, of course...sheesh! :rolleyes: :D

    Actually, if memory serves, it was unpowered & made of wood...the baddest Pinewood Derby car if there ever was one.

    Edit: yep, wood indeed.
