    Got Scarface home.
Engine and transmission were seized from sitting for 18 years. Got them turning nice and smoothly now.
Going to put everything back together soon. Then hope to have her purring before long.
Missing some parts I need to source though.

Capt Chap, I like your 41 and personally think the full caps set that truck apart from others.

    Thank you,
I am a fan of the 54 Mercury hubcaps.

Thats a nice shade of green on the '47, it should really pop when you get the grille chromed and chrome steelies on there.

The 47 will end up for sale. Getting it running and driving so I can make a bit to put into the 54 Chevy I am building.
    So, it could be yours:)
The 41 is done and I drive it every day. Have a ball finding reasons to run errands!

Decided to keep it simple and keep the 16" wheels. Ordered wide whites. Will pretty much keep it original otherwise and sell it. Need to get back to work on the 54 and get some color on it.
Going with the House of Color Organic Green Candy and white on that one. Too many projects and not enough time. Age old hot rodder problem.

    Been driving Fred a lot.
    Just feels better than modern.
As my wife says, "old is gold"
Wish I had pics of it going down the road. Know they are out there somewhere. See people's phones pop up for pics a lot. What ever happened to a thumbs up? Guess it's busy snapping a picture now instead.
