    hello,
I have a 48 Plymouth special deluxe I plan to start on hopefully by summer. Anyways, I am not to fond of the 48 front end, but really like the look of the 40/41 with the trim flowing down off from the hood.
My question is, could this be a direct bolt on swap? Or would there have to be some modifications done?
This is all pending I can find a front clip.

Not going to be a bolt-on swap, the cowl is different especially from the belt line trim down and the bottoms of the fenders have a completely different shape to them where they attach to the bottom of the body. Those 46-48 plymouths definetely have a love it or hate it front end.
