400 chevy in a traditional rod?

    Here's another testimony to the performance. Me and a few buds threw some spare parts into a 400 and stabbed it in a Vette. The 400 shortblock has a gazillion miles on it and still has stock dished pistons. We threw on some used Vortec truck heads, added a used Edelbrock Torker Plus hyd cam and Street Dominator intake. We added a 4500 convertor in a T-350 tranny and ripped some 11.80's @ 114mph with the stock 3.00 gears. 400's Rock!
