I am working a pair of fenders for my 40 coupe and found that the bumper bar openings are almost the same size as the new grommets I just bought. I would like to get the correct dimensions for these openings so that I can get them repaired before I finish the fenders. Can anybody tell me what these measurements are?

Thanks. It looks like the top/bottom/left edges of the opening are good. The right side is about 1/2 inch off.
