390 FE valve seals?

I have changed valve seals on SBC with the heads still on the engine a bunch of times. But this is my first time on a 390 FE Ford. Is there any way to do this, without removing the heads? If so, what does the tool look like? Thank you for your time.

Better put this in the spark plug hole and put an air line on it first or you'll watch the valve go bye bye into the cylinder!
