Doing this one for a friend of my son -alot of work already done-some I will have to redo. I was just gonna wire it and put in AC but he wants me to finish it-install front clip etc-will see. Kind of a tight timeline, At 76 I'm not as fast at this stuff!!

Another request for the paint information (mfg, code, color name, etc). I'm thinking of refinishing my '40 Woodie in a color like that. I've been able to document that the car was originally delivered in maroon and have been looking for a great color like the one that the OP posted. Thanks for any info! Jim

Off to upholstery today-needs raised in front a bit after upholstery-front suspension needs some help-was done by others. .Local Fab friend made up the taillight brackets.
How much are you thinking about raising the front end. It looks great, but the last thing you want is for those tires to mess up those front fenders. BEAUTIFUL!!!
Off it goes to uph-then back for final stuff. Heard of a couple of 40 projects (coupe and pickup) a bit south of here--road trip!! Not quite ready to quit yet I guess.
