I am currently in the process of building a 1939 Ford Standard Coupe resto mod. the car sits on a TCI chassis, four link, 9" Currie rear with 3:25 gears. The car is being built as a street rod cruiser. I am now at the phase of deciding on the powertrain and I am looking for some guidance. My plan is either a 350 or 383 stroker turnkey crate engine with either a TH350 or 700R4 transmission. I am looking for the best combination that fits with 3:25 rear gears. I favor the 700R4 for the overdrive but am concerned about reliability and longevity. I've read about the sensitivity issues with dialing in the TV cable and the problems that can result from it.

  3. Wherever this comes from, it's a language I don't understand
