Projects '39 Ford deluxe coupe

Thanks guys, the car is a deep red, a little darker than in the avatar.
Plan to take it to lunch again tomorrow, a bunch of us meet on Wednesdays at a local pub, helps to keep the juices flowing.

 

The coupe is in storage for the winter. I only have a small two car house garage now and need the space to putter on a Model A sport coupe that I got.

The A is an older restoration that is a solid car, but needs new paint because it had been tarped and bubbled up. A mouse has caused a bit of damage to a couple of interior panels so they will be replaced.
The A runs well, going to have fun with it for now, and just clean it up.

 

the pic is pretty small, I cant really tell. Are those '50 Merc caps? Looks good. Glad you didn't go with tan.
