Technical 39 chrysler overdrive questions.

I have a 39 Chrysler Royal but the wiring is shocking so trying to rewire it without a wiring diagram however the overdrive is not wired up so I have nothing to follow. the wiring has rotted away that bad that I cant see where any of it is supposed to go. I have a OD cable below the steering. The gearbox looks to have a governor or solenoid on the side but I cant find where it is supposed to wire to. Looked for a kick down switch etc but cant see one at mo. Anyone got access to a wiring diagram or familiar with this system? Thanks.
