Well it would take two cranks since they're split. And building full frames with a weatherstrip channel to seal them when closed. Considering the '39 has wing windows, and a great cowl vent, I'm not certain what you'd accomplish, other than a unique setup, if it worked and fit well. I get plenty of air with my stock '39 setup, and my other sedan is a '37 Austin with a fully opening windshield that cranks out fully horizontal. I only open it a couple inches as it's too much air otherwise. My '39's cowl vent allows me to better adjust the air flow depending on my driving speed, and outside temps. I much prefer it over my Austin's crank open windshield.
