    yes with 39 deluxe lights.
    I am finding impossible to find 38/9
    1. running boards
    2. inner fenders
    3. fenders
    4. headlights
    5. 39 grille

    so what is my new shopping list
    1. 39 feluxe
    40 standard grille
    front fenders - are they all the same pickup car - I dont think so
    40 pickup hood, is different from car.
    are the inner fender panels the same.
    what other pieces do I need - the bits you don't see.

    is this the inner fender brace, the centre bolts to the cvross member
    are tyhey all the same - i.e. do some 40 fords have a different front crossmember?

    front fenders - are they all the same pickup car - I dont think so
    There is a slight difference where the fender touches the cab of either( pickup is flat, car is curved. Otherwise the fenders are identical and can be swapped if this one spot is tweeked.
    40 pickup hood, is different from car.
    very different, no direct swap
    are the inner fender panels the same.

    what other pieces do I need - the bits you don't see.
    various splash panels, your best bet is to get a shop assembly manual
