37 flathead help

I am in need of some advice on my 37 ford flathead. I am new to these engines and need some advice on the rebuilding process. I have most of the valves out, the rest will be out tomorrow. I was woundering where to get a rebuild kit from and what are the best pistons and rods for it. It has been rebuilt before and the tops of the pistons are marked. 010 or 10 over. Also the block has part of the bellhousing cast to it. Is there a more modern automatic trans that will bolt up to it, or is a stock 37 manual trans my only choice. This is going in my 26 coupe so all the space I can save inside for leg room would be great. Thanks for any advice.
