36 ford dash question?

    [​IMG]Im wondering if they make this 36 ford dash waterfall piece new or does any know where to find a piece like this?

    that was an extra. I don't rhink it was stock, but I had one on my coupe in the Bay Area in 1960.

  6. That water fall is off a early closed car 36. It was also used on the 35s. They were painted Benton Gray. The late 36s were painted brown when they started woodgraining the dash. The early 36 cars had the same color dash as the 35s Benton Gray. The 35s and the early 36s used Gray gagues. When they started woodgraning the dashes they change the gagues to brown. Look close, it does have the opening for the windshied regulator. That piece is not being repoped. You will have to find a orginial one.

    Grab the one on ebay and modify it!!!

    Or Pull a mold off of it an have cast aluminum one made.
