    I bought a 351w non roller. It came with a C4 tranny.
    I have a 302 non roller. It came with a T-10 4 speed.

Can I swap all the stuff that goes on the C4 to the 302 and all the stuff from the T-10 to the 351?

If it is a 1981 or older 302 - yes.

If it is a 1982 or newer 302 - no.

The early 302s (and all 351/289/260/221s) have a 28oz imbalance. The 302 got a 50oz imbalance in 1982, meaning the crankshaft, balancer, and flywheels are not compatible with the older engines (unless you wanted to swap all the rotating assembly).
