'34 spindles

    Anybody ever cut the ball socket on top of '34 spindles (housing for mechanical brake adjustment) off ? I want to use the spindles because of the old time look, but don't like the socket on there. If so what's involved and what kingpins are used?

    You mean the socket atop the king pin? If so, justr hacksaw off and grind to suit, keeping the same pin.
