34 Ford floor

Discussion in 'New to the H.A.M.B.? Introduce yourself here!' started by vet57air, Aug 11, 2013.

  1. I have a 34 Ford 3 window coupe that has a TCI chassis with tube axle, 383 stroker and Tremec 6 spd. It has a nice stock floor which limits how low I can get the rear suspension. I would like it lower. Is it practical to replace the back half of the floor on the frame with a hotrod floor that follows the frame without taking off the body? Should I even be considering taking out the stock floor?

  3. Mine is GM ZZ383 with fast fuel injection. With 4:56's, aluminum flywheel and 6 speed
    it is a great combo.
