33/34 5W and 3W garnish moulding question

Can anyone tell me if the rear window garnish mouldings on a 33/34 Ford are interchangable between the 3W and 5W?

 

i have worked on a few of these recently and didn't see any difference from the 5 window to 3 window. the window openings look identical and they use the same wood. so i'd have to say yes, but i don't know for a *fact*.

 

Yes, I have a 5 window and I'm sure they're the same. You want the one with the square bottom corners though, not the rounded bottoms as they are from a sedan.

 

Yes, they are the same. I have also taken a sedan rear window garnish and straightened the curve in the bottom edge and will fit a coupe. Then it matches the quarter garnish if a 5w.

 

As the owner of both a 3 and 5 window, I agree with those who answered yes.

 

The 33-34 passenger cars all use the same back glass garnish moulding.

 

The sedan rear garnish mouldings are not the same as the coupes.

 

Right, I knew the sedans were different. And I thought the coupes both were the same, but just wanted to confirm. Thanks everyone!

If you don't find one, I have a nice 34 sedan rear garnish you can tweak. Not going anywhere, it just hangs on the wall.
