was wondering if anyone knew if the dashes for a roadster and truck are interchangeable. thanks
I don't think so.
The roadster dash curves on the ends to match the doors.
Truck dashes are unique and will only fit the truck because the bolt hole spacing is slightly different (wider) from the 5W coupe/sedan dashes. The roadster dash is also unique and will only fit the roadster due to how it fits the cowl/windshield area. The 5W coupe, Cabriolet, Sport Coupe, Tudor, Fordor dashes are all the same and look similar to the truck, but won't interchange. The 3W Coupe dash is also unique and will only fit the 3W.
Non-interchangeable families: Open cars, closed cars, closed commercials and trucks, open commercials and trucks, 3-windows coupes. And there are minor variants within. What do convertibles use?? Never looked. The swoopiest is open pickup...exaggerated lower edge.
There are only 2 major variants of the piece holding the gauges...short-cowl commercial version, passenger.
Cabriolets use the same dash as sedan/5-windows, and RPU dashes have the same bottom edge as a closed pickup.
Separate names with a comma.
