Found these pics of my last hiboy build. Thought you might enjoy. Couple of comments, on the side shot of the hood, note the reveal and opening for the F-1 steering mounted on top of the frame using a VW bus mount. Little details like front spreader bar, combo shock, headlite bar and internal bracing on the #16 Brookville body.

Lots of things to comment on, but I really like the "new" draglink angle on the Ford truck steering. Nice build is an understement :)

Afew more. Garth Bowie did the angled louvers. I hate the straight ones that don't go with the hood shape.

That's a neat car. Just enough old parts to make it interesting. Thanks for the build pics.

Thanks Neal..Enjoyed seeing your neat 32 and chatting while waiting in the swap meet line at the LA Roadsters last summer. Has to be one of the best looking flatheads ever.

Funny, I was just looking at the American Rodder article on your car last night! That was one of the first cars of the "new/old era" that I saw running wide five wheels. Convinced me that wide fives had to go on my modified, which is still not done! Thanks...

Thanks guys..For info I used the Speedway wide five adapters on the late model axles in the quickchange. The rear wheels were taken apart and the offset was set in about an inch to compensate for the adapters. Some mods are a lot of work. Be careful with your spindle/drum match on the front.
