Other than the obvious will a coupe dash screw into a truck without any mods?

No the length of the dash is different, and the space between the screw holes is different too.

Thanks, now I have a plan I can follow. I've got a botched up truck dash that looks like a hammer and chisel cut the cluster section out to make room for a 40's Cadillac cluster and other things welded closed and holes drilled into it. I ask about the Coupe dash because the lower contour will better match a cluster that I will modify to resemble that of a 32 Chrysler. With your answer I'll save myself time and labor by getting a 30-31 dash in a 32 style (United Pacific) will be used to serve as patch panel/reconfigure the lower portion of the truck dash.

FWIW Width wise, the 32 pickup dash fits a 30/31 model A better than a 32 car dash.

Changing direction since post #3. Brookville has this 32 universal which is perfect for patch work. [IMG]

Thanks for the info OLDTINPUSHER as I've got a pickup dash (has an indented panel in the top while the coupe &sedan have a raised panel) Had planned to use the dash on an upcoming coupe project. Will have to compare them tomorrow.

Early production dashes from passenger cars also had indented upper rails. But they are not interchangeable with the truck dashes.
