DANG IT...I thought that show was in Oct. and not this weekend. Crap, I am cursed on that show...I would have drove down for a bit at least if I had known...dang it dang it. I keep saying to people every year I am going and for some reason I miss it every year.

Speakin of Jim Jard, seems like if I went 211mph on the flats, I would be tellin a few folks. Jim didn't mention a word about it. Guess it comes with being such a nice guy.

 

Crease...did you find out what kind of wheels they are? Firestones???

Didn't get all the details, but this is what I do know. They are 18s. The centers are from another wheel welded in. Sounds like it was a pain in the butt. However, they make the car.

 

Didn't realize they were 18's till I took a second look. They are cool and do make the car. Firestones look just like them but it's hard to tell. Here's a shot of a Firestone. They are also known as Clark wheels. You can guess why I'd like a set. Clark Wheel Co. made them for Firestone.

I meant to get all the info, but the area was infested by chainers. Looks like the very same wheel. Im guessing he just swapped the rim to get the right width. If he's at the drags next weekend I'll get all the low down. I assume they are high dollar?
