  4. Not much this summer. Its about the same. Thanks for asking. I haven't been able to do much lately. I have had some problems with my shoulders and can't do much. I piddle with it about an hour and have to quit. I have it apart again attending to some fitment details and getting ready to paint. Here it is in April before I dismantled it again. That's the Schlitz. What colour do you have in mind for it? Its a great looking truck.
I was gonna do a bunch of stuff today, but I went out this morning and did some weeding. Didn't even notice it till I was done, but I opened up the skin on the palm of my hand to about the size of a goddam quarter! Don't even know how I did it! Doesn't really hurt, but the LAST thing I want to do is go fill a nice fresh wound with old rat crap, oil and atf, so Im gonna sit this one out. Better to miss a day, then miss a week with a nice infection.

  7. I have always wanted a blue one but never have painted one blue yet so I think its going to be a sort of a medium opaque blue.

I assume you have seen this? Listed in TRJ as '53 chevy Horizon Blue. Nice colour.

Some photos of the 33 truck from when we got hold of her, to the next photo after fitting fenders, hood and some serious lowering. then with a polish and my favourite wheels fitted.

Have any of you full rendered 33-34 guys built skirts for the frame sides or are you painting the exposed frame the body color assuming your truck is not black ?
