got the supreme wheels in today. 15x8 reverse offset. look deep. Hurst cheater slicks and super cushion fronts are on order. not sure what brand these wheels are, but they are USA made!

mocked up the radiator today and played with some different intakes. the shell will be choped to match the cowl height. we are running a hood top, but no sides.
    traditional look.

We should be about 4-5 inches of ground clearance at ride height.

Wild, I remember that car setting out in front of the Koehler's shop on 7th and Chestnut in Joplin. This was ten years or more ago.

I gave it a few hard looks back when I was looking for my first project.

chopped the grille shell 5 1/8" to match the cowl height after the body has been channeled.

    started with the stock surround.

    chopped the top off.

    a little misalignment!

split down the center to get it line up on the front edge.

split down the rear to align the rear, and filled in the gaps.

cleco'd together. start to put back together.

    Nice work ryno!

The work in the frame reminds me a lot of Elpolacko's.

How's the water pump doing in the truck?

    last weeks progress.
    got the sub floors in.

    rolled outside at ride height.

fire wall recess was too deep,so i fab'd up a filler panel to smooth it up,but keeping the stock factory bead rolls and indents. i like the way a fire wall looks with some of the firewall charter still left in tact, flat walls look smooth.
