31 Sedan n Coupe dfference w/metal panel over header

Got a really nice header panel for cheap but not sure the difference between Sedan and Coupe.. Anybody know?

Hey, Bud. Contact FLOP on here or Instagram about your header. He builds a replacement header that turns a '30-'31 top into a '32 front. I intend to buy one just in case I dredge up a late Model A closed car.
