Trying to reassemble the stock front suspension for a 31 model a. Is there an assembly diagram that I can follow. Right now I just have a bunch of parts. Thanks

  3. Attached are a couple of pictures of my Model A front end. The shock link is incorrect, it is a dog bone and should be tubular link. Be sure to have the large acorn nut that goes onto the pin to hold the kingpin facing to the rear, it serves as a stop for the steering. The third picture shows this nut on a '32 axle. Note that there are also illustrations in the Model A Ford Club judging standards. Note many of the parts shown in Post #2 are not Model A.

If you can get a Bratton's Antique Auto Parts catalog, there is an exploded view of the front end. As Charlie mentions, Post 2 is showing modified parts for a dropped axle.
