30/31 Model A Deck lid

    Whats the going rate for a good usable but not perfect deck lid. Norus other than surface rust. I'm looking at buying one for my30 model A coupe I'm working on and a guy has both a rumble and trunk lids.

    Yeah... for original equipment in "good" condition, I'd say that's fair.

    I looked for a cople of years and thats the going price . So I built my own !

    New nice repro is about $500. Decent used original, I'd be lookin around $100 -$200.

    Just got an email from Tony Rolfe of Rufus Ranch and he said expect to pay 500.00 for one in the condition I described.

  12. Do you have a good interior brace for the trunk skin?

    Why not re-skin the lid?

    My pal did it with a Brookville skin on his 29 roadster and it was easy.

    I sold my plastic one for $200.00 a ruff ruff steel $200.00 and have a good steel w/2 small 1/2 by 1 areas inside need fixed. For sale $400.00, Cal
