Last Sunday's Mopar Madness included Rob's Phoenix & Frank's 128 mph trap speed turbo V8 Valiant. Adelaide harbours a strong Mopar scene.
This weekend, Sat & Sun- 'Power of the Past', Mt Barker.

Hey Spoggie I love the Mopar, being a Mopar fan here is one I whipped up after watching the movie "Red Tails" Its a'57 DeSoto with '54 Lincoln quarters, extended fins,Lincoln taillights and the canopy from a P-51 Mustang fighter

  4. Wow Johnny, that's a rocket to the moon! You'd love the scene here- staunch Mopar scene, with an accent on tough dual- duty street machines. This is an example- Johnny's mega- cubed Regal. These were built right here in Adelaide. Uniquely aussie.
    Sorry for 2nd O/T offence..

Well, no toons today, but a plywood box I've made several years ago.

I did it as a tribute to Kenneth Howard, Ed Roth and Ed "Newt" Newton... and it's very useful to store my car magazines!

  14. Love those Chevy ovals! They're trippy shapes, and your vision for them is fantastic. The Alfa grille adds to the spacey vibe. As has been said previously about your inspired work, somebody should build that. Way cool.

Fridays don't come around fast enough for my liking, but it is always well worth waiting for. Everyone here is a king in their own right.

I created this image for a tutorial I did for the March 2013 issue of ArtRagus e-zine. The tutorial was on how I use 3D models in some of my ArtRage digital paintings. I created the two space rod models in Groboto ver 3.3.

  25. Never cared much for that year hoods, but this really works. Perfect example of making a silk purse out of a sows ear. Someone will hopefully build it.
