This seems stupid cheap? Imagining a lot of this could be sold of and the basics make a nice rod.7 Hours left.

I thought it seemed a little cheap too, BUT....then I saw
the close up pics.

 

Heck, at least you get 35 wires and 16" rubber that holds air.
With a chop, channel, and no fenders you get away from a good part of the rot and ripples. Or make a faux roadster out of it.

Looks like a barn fresh New Englander.

Yessir, that'll be a snap to build up--just discard everything but the axles and horn button, replace with parts stripped from a better car, and you'll be ready to start your rod...

 

Not that he has much choice in that area but he took the pics right after a rain and the wet body makes it look better than it is and that ain't very good.
It's a $100 frame and maybe a $300 body, the fenders are shit.
It's already bid too high as far as I'm concerned.
But yes, it will make a good rod start!
