That is a bad ass car! Surprising it just has a little SBC in it, though I dig the multi carbs. (which I thought were injection stacks at first glance).
RAD..... a Weiand 4x2 at the strip.....and is that a Spaulding dizzy too? Pretty much the look I'm trying to a acheive with my SBC.... The next time the whinning begins about lil' sbc's being boring.....this post should be brought out....to prove how cool and traditional they were and can be.
The coupe is cool but... I watch Ingenuity in Action frequently for my Dragmaster fix and motivation. ;-)
Wow! That 4X4 and water pipe seat mount is something else. I'm guessing that's a mock up photo there.
Real tuff lookin' coupe. But I wonder how much air got caught under those front fenders (maybe they helped transfer weight to the rear).
That "Ingenuity in Action" ,is an incredible portal to our past, parts 1,2,and 3. I liked the "team" aspect. Not quite like todays mega dollar,multi car teams.
What are the 10 shiny things on the rear crossmember/pushbar mount in photo # 4?? Can't tell if they are mounted to the crossmember or holes punched in it or something else?
