Dragdoc and I had at it last night and chopped my 26 T 6 inches. I wound up using a piece of 1 1/4 x 1 for the header which really worked out well. Now the fun part, fitting and filling.
It looks so good. Good Job! I like your choice to use the Deuce frame. Ive never seen that done with a coupe. feels good to see a model t that isnt scraping the ground with a super stretched wheelbase.
I don't know....do we really need another chopped T coupe around here? YEah, we do...nice ...are you going to use the oldsmo-bubble motor as shown?
That amount of chop is perfect for that body style! I want a '32 frame for my '27 roadster. Someday..... pigpen [/IMG]
Looking good..proportions are very nice. Nice heated garage..must be chilly up there. I lived in Woodstock just before I moved to the desert. Worked in an unheated barn on 47 that almost killed me. Frozen floor..or wet with any heating.. I really liked the town and area..but the weather..uh..got old after 25 years..!
looks good i cant wait to chop mine... it might get chopped on the trip back home with me in the back of the truck
