One last shot for tonight. I put a broken gas gauge under my pillow and the gas tank fairy left me this!

I'd be happy with an insert. Hopefully the radiator works out as good as the rest of the car has.

Thanks man! Seeing it now it was definitely too tall. Going to try and get the radiator started this week.

With that shell chopped it really makes your carbs look taller!

Hey LSR, funny how that works right? It makes my wallet a look a lot fucking smaller too!
Thanks for the encouragement guys! Front shocks and wishbones are next on the list.

The spreader bar came off my 34 truck chassis. It looked like a freaking pretzel. I think I got lucky with the torch and the vise on that one. It still has lots of "experience".

Neat, double post. Anyway, got the wishbone mount machine work done last week, thanks to the rest of the club. Started welding them then ran out of gas...

Thanks guys. I really appreciate all the support! Hey, SOHC, I know what would make it better. Well, maybe a little much for a 1200lb car, haha.

It works well in a 4400 pound turd, too!

You probably need 4400 lbs to get it to hook up, haha. I think I have some tail lights figured out. I'll try to get some pics up later today for a vote from the design committee.

OK fine! Damn. Let me go out and mockabilly some shit up. Had people in from out of town, now the Mother in law is here. Lots of stuff going on. Have not had a lot of time for garage shenanigans. What little time I did have I wasted on bicycles, haha.

    Back in a bit.

Here they are. Let me know what you guys think of these. They might be a little on the small side, but I think they're about perfect.
