I run my wrecker with nothing but the manifold off the 250 around our property..... Umm, amazing!! Love it.. Though its definately goin out the back next time I get mig happy
yup.. bigger pipe makes it sweeter, I like running a glass pack (or even 2) to refine the sound a little. The first time you discover you have to leave the house at 5am you will be grateful.
If my memory serves me right, you'll get a barking sound at a certain rpm on acceleration. Sounds cool in theory, but, with the pipe going all the way to the back, to me it resembled the sound someone makes when they've eaten alot of beans. They do sound good when you take your foot off the gas, though. But, to each his own. Also reminded me of old Chevy school busses. It's your car. Do what makes you happy.
