Hey guys I'm restoring and kind modifying and old AMF pedal car for my special kid. He is almost four years now but it is dificultd For him to pedal so I want to take the pedals off (for a while) and put like floor, but I don't want to weld or use bolts in the body maybe to the axel but I'm still trying to figuring out how to do it and a caster wheel and a handle bar. So if you guys can give me any suggestions would be great! 2. Dave, I've built a few of them. You did a nice job on your restoration of the AMF. It would be kind of hard to make one, without messing it up some. I would just start with a bare body. Then get a cheap wagon for the wheels, and running gear, add a floor pan. It's pretty easy. I have some extra bodies from the 1930s to the 1970s, and a AMF body like yours for only about $25. Just P.M. me if I can help. The 32 coupe and 37 roadster are just two, I've built to pull the the grandkids around in.:) Thanks Ron...... 2387.jpg 425.jpg

Thanks for the advice Ron, it helps a lot. Good idea, it might be easier to get a bare body and work on that.
