The Kowalskis. Very friendly family and crew. Met them at the hotel. The mom loved telling her story of how she and her son continued to race after her husband passed away. These are the people and stories that MAKE this such a enjoyable event.

Ok just a couple more . Maybe not hamb friendly but it is at Bonneville. .I got to ride my shovel on the salt and my son rode his little dirt bike too. His favorite movie is the fastest indian and he was stoked!

I spotted this and thought I should alert everyone.
I don't know whose trailer it was using for loitering.
I think it was up to something more sinister.
This looks like an innocent snowman, but it is actually a
Bonneville Salt Creature.
It eats car fenders and metal parts.
Be careful around it.

Hey @alwaysamopar thanks for sharing your eye candy...Did I just see a 34 ford 5 window and sedan still sitting in a field where you would think no way...whats the scoop on that?

 

I was there. First time and it was amazing!

Those cars and trucks are at bryce canyon. They are literally in the middle of the resort..hotels and parking lots. Don't know the reason they're still there though or who if anyone owns them
