As some of you may know I'm a bit of an Off Road nut so this one is my favorite.

    Thanks Again Chrome Czars!

  2. All I can say is "ditto" thanks for the great pics! I spent most of the day sweating, drinking water, racing and eating and no time for taking pics and watching the races, thanks again!

  4. We were there, came after the rain front went through. Great turn out and a good time.
I think I had too much beer, feeling the effects this morning.
Thanks guys for showing up and having fun!
  5. WOW! What a great event. You took some great pictures. Maybe I can make it someday.
    Thanks Mark

Yea, I thought the white Corvette was cool. I've never seen that version in person before, really unique.

Member got my crappy pass against the Orange Chebby...It was my best pass until I couldn`t find third for some reason. Wasted literally a second looking for 3rd!! Still ran a 15.2 though
  11. Had a great time on Saturday wanted to stay all day but SpongeNoah (my 5 yr old) couldn't hang. :)

Love that '63 Tempest, anyone got that guy's contact info?

    Great shots AND video!

Thanks to everyone for sticking it out through the storm. If you stuck around until the Elimination round you would have seen a 6.6 second pass by a Corvette... but not by that awesome white 53/54.

If you like that Koopmeiner's '55 you should come out to Part II of the Heads Up * Meltdown Drag Series... The Meltdown July 21-22 at Byron. That gasser belongs to the guys hosting the Meltdown

Good time as always, nice job Czars. The rain and other commitments prevented us from seeing the full show but I will have the Dart there next year. Thanks for the Pics.

Thanks for posting the pics and vids! Unfortunately, I was unable to do the things to my car to make it "raceworthy" so it'll have to be at Byron, but I'll be ready to run then!!!

Thanks for posting. Kids and I had a lot of fun. To bad we had to leave before raceing resumed after the rain.

I had a great time last weekend, great racing both Fri and Saturday. It was well worth the 400 mile drive down there. I'm looking forward to the Meltdown next month. And now work is slowing down I can get back to work on my 54F100 project. Weekends like this get you fired up.

Thanks for the props. Looking to get another set of wheels for the meltdown drags to take her down the track. See you there.

Thanks for the great shots. That maroon and white 64 Plymouth just did it for me. Always wanted one of those. Looks like everyone had a good time in spite of the rain.

Great photos, but you missed a car... MINE! :D ;) Hahaha! I ended up running my best time to date in the coupe, which really surprised me after all the horrible passes I did up to that point.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Heads Up. Tell your friends and come back next year! Now... on to the Meltdown! :D
