    Hey Abates-

No problem running a Buick that run's 20's. There is a guy with a Maroon 55 Chevy that would probably be a good match race for you.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

We have had a lot of questions about our posters.

We will have our POSTERS FOR SALE at the MELTDOWN.

    ALSO
I will also have a new numbered and signed VON HARTMANN Gasser screen print artwork for sale. It is the Gas Coupes/Sedans class, and it is the 1st in a series of mid 60s drag racing class prints. Stay tuned! Altered, Dragster, Competition Coupe, Super Stock, and all the rest will be available in the future.

We also have RAD Event shirts and Support your local Fugitives Shirts.

Proceeds from Meltdown merch. go to making this event happen again next year.

Forecast for tonight's cruise is 0% chance of rain according to msn weather.

Any bit of liquid sunshine that we get will just be a good relief from the intense heat. Looks like the crazy heat streak will take a bit of a break this weekend and might give us temps into the 80s as opposed to this 100 degree stuff that we had.

A bit of liquid sunshine will not keep this event from happening. Byron Dragway has an excellent crew and they are able to dry out the track quickly and get back to racing in no time.

We will race this weekend, and Eric will try to race. But, he has to learn that the green light means go.

Cruise was good. Went by the strip and there were a few cars there tonite too. The town I live in has a lot of cars at the hotel and heard some were cruising around town earlier. Should be a great turnout tomorrow

Just back from the meltdown and it was one of the best races I've ever been to. I've never been to Byron Dragway before and I really loved that track. I would recommend this event to everyone I see for next year.
