I just started a new job today, and now I gotta tell em' I got a holiday comin' up !......no problem.....wouldn't miss it for the world................

 

My girl and i are coming over from Australia and staying at the gold coast for the weekend. Have not been before, we're just going on what we have heard from you guys. Sounds great, really looking forward to it.

 

If you like the music and the cars, you will not be disappointed. 40+ bands and 1000 Sleds & Rods...........

Is there some sort of HAMB gathering area going on at anytime ???

 

I will throw this out to everybody.........Anyone or group coming from farther East and traveling I-70 is inivited to join in with the Lonely Knight Caravan. We will be in Grand Junction Colorado at 6:00-6:30 Am on Wednesday April 8th at the junction of I-70 and Hiway 50. From there we will travel to Green River Utah to eat breakfast and then on to Vegas. The more the merrier ! PM me if interested and we'll trade contact information.

Los benders - authentic Rockabilly all the way from Mexico City.

Police & Thieves - early 60's soul with 3 female vocalists - backed by a 7 piece band !

Lil Mo & the Dynaflo's - Doo Wop from Hollywood - 8 piece band !

DJ's Del Villareal & Rockin Vic spinnin the good stuff all day.

Awards ceremony - Shifters "Best Hot Rod" , "Best Custom" , Best of Show.
Plus, other clubs favorite pick awards !

Registration for the car show are flooding in on a daily basis.

Over 50 vendors have registered.

Lots of great displays for everyone to enjoy !

 

How about a Hamb "Meet & Greet" at noon near the stage? I'll have a sign posted.

 

Damn, I can't wait..........Ready for some cars, woman, fun, beer and meeting some people.............

 

Yancy, how about a Road Rockets "Favorite pick trophy" this year?

What a great line-up, Police & Thieves blew me away at the Suede Palace, can't wait ! You should try to coax the Garnet Hearts out there as well, you know their show is killer.

Myself and a fellow Lonely Knight did a quick head/car count yesterday. Looks like about 24 people and 14 cars coming from our group in Colorado. I'm sure somebody will blow something up or find an $88 plane ticket in the mean time but I'm hoping at least a dozen rides and Twenty knotheads.
