HAMB what? HAMB Drags? As far as I know, the 2009 date hasn't been announced yet. They are usually towards the end of August, if that is what you were asking about.... Malcolm

Trust me, 2003 first HAMB Drags and first Speed Week for me. Beatnik and I went from Speed Week right to the HAMB Drags along with quite a few others....Eyeball and Tom H come to mind right away. Big Olds was in black primer and nothing had been done to him yet. Big Olds' first time ever on a drag strip and after that first time down I pulled over and called Just Steve.
I know I'm getting old and suffer from CRS...a lot...but I didn't think I could have simply dismissed four years of a great time with HAMB buddies...!!! Thanx Denise...oh, BTW, I only missed the first year...I met you (and your chocolate chip cookies) at the second... R-
Actually didn't I first meet you at your place on my way across country at some point? I'm thinking it was in 2003 on my way to Sumner's in Blanding, UT. Gus was with me and we were in Big Olds. I slept on the couch in the living room and Gus slept on the floor. I'll have to review the photos at home to be for sure what year that was and where I was heading.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm, could be...yes, believe it was...you were going to B-ville and Big Olds didn't have a top nor interior...matter of fact, I remember saying you wouldn't have to worry about no top since we hadn't had any rain all summer...then you stopped in, we went to dinner and it rained later that nite...
