This is a great show. Planning a meet and greet at 1:00 p.m. I have a HAMB banner and will try and hang it it up to use as the meeting point. If for some reason I can't get it hung up I will place the banner in front of my roadster on the ground. Hope to see a good turn out.
Hey Stan- I am planning on hitting Beatersville and making a full day out of it too. My buddy Shawn Blandford puts on one hell of a shin dig. You'll love it!! I look forward to seeing your little roadster.
Its gonna be a blast! I just need to put the front sheet metal back on my car tomorow night/friday, so I can cruise Indy saturday, and head down south early sunday morning! I'm hoping there won't be any liquid sunshine during the show, like the weather channel always predicts.
There will be a couple of us coming in from St. Louis on Sunday morning. I might need a few hambers and the jaws of life to pry me out of the car when I get there. 150 miles is the longest trip I've done so far and Louisville is 275 miles...should be fun.
Haven't made up my mind 100%. Either my 57 Bel Air or 60 Impala. ...leaning toward the 57 at the moment for no other reason than I just like driving it (and it is dependable). You bringin the roadster?
Like everyone else, I hope the weather holds out. Cleaned my car up last night. I'm gassed up and ready to roll!
My wife and I are planning to be there, but not with a car to show. We've never been, can you suggest a good place to park. I am handicapped, so the closer we can get the better. Reckon there's any handicap parking?
The guys putting this show on are first rate. If you don't see a good spot up front/close, just tell one of the guys parking cars and I'll bet they'll be more than happy to help out a brother in need.
