2 1965 Buick Rivieras for sale. One is a very solid car and licensed and driving with body work completed and ready for final paint. Both four barrel carbs have been completely refurbished and look good and work great. Car also has the rare switch pitch turbo 400 trans that was only offered for a few years. I have a good front bumper and all the trim for the car as well as the special Gran Sport trim that sets the car off. It is a numbers matching car that is quite solid what little rust we found completely repaired. The parts car is a rusty Gran Sport that is missing the engine and trans but does have the 3.42 posi rearend and other Gran Sport specific suspension parts. Many body parts are quite usable but floor is rusted badly. I will separate but wanted to give the buyer of the running car the chance to buy the Gran Sport at a bargain price to provide the option to add any desired Gran Sport specific suspension parts and the posi rear at a later date. $11,000 for both. The aluminum hubs came with the cars. The Gran Sport parts car has the finned aluminum front drums. I said Gran Sport was rusty but windows did work before took car apart.
sale was pending but was cancelled 8/30 due to the buyer getting an unexpected offer he couldn't refuse to help finish the Riviera he was already working on very quickly; thus he wouldn't need mine to drive now. I'm glad he got a pleasant surprise and great help as he deserved it given the bad luck that managed to find him no so long ago. Very pleased it is working out very well for him. Above are the parts spread out. I cleaned a rear wheel when I got back home from a fun ride in the car. The rear bumper is looking pretty good as well. Got the front wheel cleaned this morning. Still need to puff up the passenger side wheels but can't see them the way I park it! Still available. Make me an offer. Thanks.
The parts on the parts car could bring $2k! Makes the full GS clone a steal at $9k with the two fours already professionally rebuilt for about $600. Licensed, insured, and driven at least weekly. Brakes overhauled by regular auto repair shop. Bodywork complete except for final prep. Such a deal... Got a guy that's talking... and talking... I'm looking for somebody to buy.
